Input image: a localized crop from the original photograph. The transparent mask marks the base of the index finger, the uppermost long finger touching the cheek.
Primary request: add one new simple ring only inside the masked area, unmistakably wrapped around the index finger. Keep the original ring on the ring finger, so two rings remain visible.
Ring design: smooth subtly tapered plain band, about 3.4 mm at the visible face; moderate presence, elegant and simple.
