Input image: a localized crop from the original photograph. The transparent mask marks the base of the index finger, the uppermost long finger touching the cheek.
Primary request: add one new simple ring only inside the masked area, unmistakably wrapped around the index finger. Keep the original ring on the ring finger, so two rings remain visible.
Ring design: low-domed plain band, about 4.0 mm wide, balanced in scale and elegant rather than chunky.
Material and visibility: glossy pale yellow-gold alloy, warmer than silver but lighter and less saturated than full yellow gold. Add a strong narrow highlight plus natural soft shadow and correct occlusion around the finger so it catches the eye in video.
Constraints: change only the masked index-finger ring area. Preserve the exact hand anatomy, finger pose, skin, existing ring, face, ear, hair, clothing, lighting, crop, camera, and every other pixel-level detail. No gemstones, engraving, extra jewelry, text, watermark, finger deformation, or beauty retouching.
