# 01 consultation image audit

## Final approved set

- Location: `approved/`
- Count: 40 PNG files (`20 concepts x 2 variants`)
- Dimensions: every file is `941 x 1672`, sRGB (vertical 9:16 generation output)
- Canonical filenames: `01-c01-v1.png` through `01-c20-v2.png`

Selection sources:

- `01-c03-v1.png`: the one original candidate that passed the revised criteria.
- `01-c18-v1-r2.png`: second replacement; the first replacement still exposed a complete face.
- Remaining 38 approved images: matching `01-cXX-vY-r1.png` replacements.

All original candidates and rejected replacements remain preserved in the `01/` root. No source image was overwritten or deleted.

## Audit result

The first 40-image batch was reviewed against the revised people, workspace, and lighting direction.

- Passed: 1
- Rejected: 39
- Primary rejection causes: eyeglasses; a clear front or three-quarter face; gray-dominant hair or an elderly/grandfatherly impression; beard or craftsman stereotype.

The 39 rejected slots were regenerated within their existing concept families. The first replacement for concept 18 variant 1 was rejected because the manufacturer's eyes, nose, and mouth were still readable together, then replaced by `r2`.

## Shared replacement prompt direction

- Client: neat Korean man or woman age 32–35 with a practical startup or jewelry-brand-operator impression.
- No eyewear of any kind anywhere in the scene.
- No complete sharp face: use rear views, over-the-shoulder views, cropped side fragments, bowed heads, or shallow depth of field.
- Real business discussion using submitted references and plausible physical silver samples; no handshake or posed friendliness.
- Maintained, orderly, functional small jewelry-manufacturing workspace; neither shabby nor sterile/corporate.
- Balanced daylight, neutral high-CRI work light, warm practical light, and ample off-white, warm gray, pale wood, and natural-metal surfaces.
- Photorealistic natural editorial documentary style, exact vertical 9:16, no readable text, logos, labels, or watermark.
